Battlefield Hardline is an upcoming first-person shooter video game developed by Visceral Games bringing a refreshing take on the FPS genre. Battlefield Hardline is fast, strategic and compelling. The beta was well received clocking in 6 million battlefield users. Are betas still important? Destiny had 4.6 million players on their beta while Evolve had 2.2 million games played. Steve Papoutsis, Vice President and General Manager of Visceral Game says: "We’re just five weeks away from the launch of Battlefield Hardline, how could we possibly be acting on that feedback? Well, I can assure you we are. In fact, we’ve already been prioritizing changes for things fans are talking about." Should this benchmark still be used by companies?
